This week in maths we have been sorting different objects and explaining why we chose to sort them that way.
"We sorted by shape and the type of vehicle it was".

| "We sorted by size. Small bears, middle-sized bears and big bears". |
"We sorted using colour. We put them in lines so you could see which had the most".
We also brainstormed what we liked our buddy to do when we worked together.
We decided we want our buddy to :
- listen to our ideas
- share and take turns
- share their ideas and explain what they are doing-not just do it.
- say if they agree or disagree with our idea. If they disagree say why.
- let us have time to think.
We practised being a good buddy while we were sorting:
