Kaitiakitanga - How we can help our oceans

We have been exploring how we can help our oceans.


First, we looked at what was in our drains.

Catherine and Mr Edwards helped us sort through the drain to see how much rubbish there was. It was really smelly!

We saw lots of rubbish that has come from our lunch boxes. The good news is that it was much less than the last time it was cleaned out. We think we can make it even better.

To be great Kaitiaki (guardians) we are going to take up the 1+ a day Challenge.
